Rebekah Phoenix Wise (b. 1989) is a talented photographer who specializes in portraits and event photography. She is a proud member of the Shinnecock Indian Nation in Southampton, NY. Her unique perspective on indigenous life is reflected in her work, which explores themes such as happiness, community, tradition, and modernity. Rebekah is passionate about breaking stereotypes and is committed to showcasing the joy and positivity that exists within Native American culture.

Rebekah doesn't just focus on showcasing indigenous life. She is also available for hire, specializing in family portraits, headshots, and private family celebrations, such as baby showers, graduations, birthday parties, and even weddings. Additionally, she has a growing passion for sports and action photography.

In addition to her work as a photographer, Rebekah also serves as the Communication Manager for the Shinnecock Nation. Through her role, she has the opportunity to document the tribe's unique history and culture. Her documentary photography offers a glimpse into the daily lives of the Shinnecock people, providing a valuable window into a world that is often misunderstood by outsiders.

Currently, Rebekah resides on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation, where she was raised. She is proud to call this community her home and is dedicated to preserving its history and traditions for future generations to come.
